Marie has been rooted in yoga since 2006, beginning with a steady Bikram practice that supported injury recovery and grew into a deeper path of presence and steadiness. After completing her 200-hour RYT in 2015, her teaching became strongly influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa. Her classes balance disciplined movement with a playful, grounded tone, inviting students to move beyond self-imposed limits while staying connected to breath and awareness.
